Nihon Goshin Aikido is a complete Japanese system of self-defense consisting of throws, joint locks, nerve pressure points, blocks, strikes and weaponry. By
using the attacker's weight and momentum, along with mind and body coordination,
a smaller person can defend against a larger adversary.
Our mission is to promote self-defense and awareness
within the community. Through our training we strive to develop our character,
coordination of mind and body, and enhance our overall health.
